Our range of band saws have the capability to cut both vertically and horizontally. These saws are ideal for high volume manufacture of rectangular profiles. On request chamfers can be added to edges at set angles.

CNC Cutter
CNC routing machine can be used to cut out complex 2D profiles from various materials such as foams and fibres. Our operators can provide a wide range of processes from prototyping to high volume manufacture.

Guillotine
The guillotine is effective at cutting down sheet metal to custom sizes, which can be pieced together for more varied shapes. This process is commonly used for sound dampening applications.

Adhesive Spraying
Our site is equipped with several adhesive spray booths that can be used to enhance parts with different facings such as foils and fabric. The adhesive spraying can also be utilised to adhere materials or sub-parts together
